GE Electric Solid disk Cooktop will not work

None of the burners on my GE Solid Disk Cooktop are working. The lights still light as if everything is working but none of the burners heat up. I've replace all fuses, that wasn;t the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

You will have to check and see if you are getting 240 volts to the cook top.

Then check for a wire that may be burnt off.
