I think I may have inadvertantly hit "Clean" instead of cancel, and my door latched with the door open. It flashes "locked" but I cannot close the door. I tried restarting the clean cycle and cancelling, to no avail. I also tried unplugging the range - still no joy. Any help would be much appreciated!

Try using the cancel button.

If this does not work unplug the range.

Pull the locking arm back in to the unlocked state.

This will take some force.
