Gas convection oven(s) problem Brand: Other Age: More than 10 years These are (gas) commercial type ovens, standard size Imperial range ovens installed in restaurant kitchen. One of them gets only to about 120 degrees and the other never seems to get hotter than 250-300 degrees. These ovens should get as hot as 500 degrees, if that's the temperature you set it at with the dial, but they don't. You can set them at 500, but they only get as hot as just described.
I have checked to make sure there are no obstructions to air flow. I have replaced the thermostat(s) but that apparently wasn't the problem either (didn't help). What else can I check? What else could likely be the problem?
