Wink GAGGENAU Cooktop Scratches

My cooktop cast iron grids rest on the stainless steel cover and I have to use duct tape at the corners to prevent scratches. GAGGENAU has no solution or spare parts that address this design flaw. Is there a heat resistant sealant or silicone rubber pad that exists for similar products that I can use?

Try look at a locale hardware store for some kink of high temperature silicone that you may be able to make bumpers out of.
