Default Fuse keeps blowing on Oven
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: Feb24S5ASA
Age: 1 - 4 years

Wall oven went dead so I unscrewed the BAKE coil to check continuity. It checked O.K. but I see sparks when I put in the RANGE fuse.

I see only one wire coming out of the back to connect the Bake coil. The other end of the Bake coil I presume is pressed when placed in contact. Should there be two wires coming out? I am confused. Cannot see the other wire.

Need help in solving the fuse blowing problem. Is it the Electronic Oven control need to be replaced. ? What else can go wrong ?

Thanking you in advance for your help.

Yes there should be two wires connected to your bake element.

You will have to take the oven out of the wall to get a the back to fix the wire.
