My oven sometimes blows the circut breaker. When this happens, it doesn't matter if I'm operating it or not. If I unplug it for a while it sometimes works, and sometimes still blows the breaker. When It's working It rarely blows during use. I can still use the range top even if it blows, but can't operate the oven. The clock has worked speratically for years. Any ideas on what is wrong with it and how I can fix it?

Sounds like a weak circuit breaker, just replace.
