Default Frigidaire Range
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: REGC39BNW2
Age: More than 10 years

PLEASE HELP!!!
I own a Frigidaire Range, model number REGC39BNW2. My dual element heats up entirely no matter which direction the control knob is turned so I beleive that the dual element switch is defective. My problem is HOW DOES the control knob come off. The other three knobs for the burners just pull off. Please email me at rfschmid@wi.rr.com with your help!!! THANK YOU!
