I stupidly doused the range with water when cleaning, specifically the control panel. The self-cleaning lock popped open when the door was open. The control panel doesn't work
it emits a loud buzzer and won't allow the timer, clock, cancel buttons to be used. Any suggestions?

If water has got in around the clock assembly it has likely shorted out and will have to be replace.

Can you please supply your model number?

It is on a tag on the frame of the range where the drawer closes.
