Question Faded Clock Timer
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 79077478790
Age: 5 - 10 years

The LED on my stove is faded to the point where I can barely see it. I purchased a new digital clock timer in order to replace the old one.

Now, I am not sure how to go about removing the old one and isntalling the new clock timer.

Can I remove the front panel and do it from there? Or, do I need to remove the rear panel of the stove.

Also, I planned to hit the cicuit breaker and cut the electric to the stove before hand. Do I need to do anything esle?

Thanks for your help.

You will have to remove the push buttons from the old clock assembly in the front then you have to remove the clock from the back of the range.

Here is a link to the parts of your range model 79077478790.
