Age: 5 - 10 years

is this a common trouble? Can you repair membrane? Who has the best price's on parts?

Here is a link to your range model sve47600w.

The F7 code means a stuck key in the membrane switch assembly.

It is not a common thing but it can happen.

Default F7 membrane repair

I had the same trouble. I removed the membrane connection from the clock module, cleaned and replaced the connector. the trouble has been repaired. It may be possible to lift the range front about an inch off the floor and drop it. this might jar the connection. (Good luck with that) My trouble code came in the middle of the night when the range was idle.
