Model Number: JBP79WB1WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Range started beeping and F7 code appeared. Unplugged power and code disappeared, but bake button will not operate. Please indicate problem and part(s) needed for repair. Thank-you.

I have the same problem took out the ribbon and wiped with cloth and put it back worked for 3 more months but am having to buy a new board for $162 still cheaper than $700 for new.

Thank you for reply. Cleaning tape did not work. Is the problem in the board or the control? or something else?

Well it did for me but after your quote mine started again bought a new board for $127 including shipping so we sent of for it. The board is #16 put in your oven JKP # and it will come up should be here in 3 days the cleaning lasted 3 months but broke down and bought the board click on parts direct.com Valerie

Thank you. Replaced #16. Same problem. Bake, oven light and Delay Start pads are still not functioning. I do not see a separate board in the parts list. RDC

Put in your jkp# and the whole oven plan should come up the board is #16 it arrived within 29 hours for $6.95 so I was very pleased Valerie

O read your complaint again see you already have the board, you probly are not putting it in properly as it is slighty differant to your old one but if you check your directions Valerie
