Default F3 code
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: J TP1488V2WW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Our Oven Began displaying an F3 code on the display and will not turn on. The clock still works. I am not completley sure of the model number, the middle 8's could be 0's, or an 80.

Default

The F3 code is a Faulty sensor or wiring harness.

You can check the sensor will an ohm meter.

You should get a reading of 1100 ohms at room temperature.

Check and make sure that the wiring harness is connected.

Can you please recheck your model number?
