Question F11 Error Kenmore Elite
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 790.46804 993
Age: 5 - 10 years

We are getting a F11 error and the oven will not work (controller buttons).
We opened it up and reseated the ribbon and it worked for awhile. We have done this a couple of times. Now it will not work at all. Is it worth trying to find the part and replace?
I think that part is PRC ELEC 01170 8270

We have bisque but it is much more expensive. Could we use white or black? There is no picture so I'm not sure what the part looks like. What is the success rate of replacing this part? Thank you!

You can use the black or white.

The piece that you would be replacing is the complete clock assembly.

The black would likely look the best with the bisque but that would be your choice.
