The F1 code is telling you that either your touch pad or the clock has failed.

Turn the power to the range off and disconnect the ribbon cable from the touch pad to the clock.

Turn the power back on and wait 40 to 60 seconds.

If the code returns it is the clock.

If the code does not return it is the touch pad.
