Brand: Maytag
Model Number: mer5770aaw
Age: 5 - 10 years

I replaced touch pad and f-1 code appears on the new clock display. I need to know how to reset this clock and get rid of the f-1.

Look for your service sheet, sometimes under the drawer or in back of control panel. This will explain error msgs. Usually this error code means replace electronic module.

I replaced my touch panel and circuit board on jenn air range and the F1 code came up on the this new panel also. what else could be the cause of F1?
