Default Error prior to self cleaning cycle
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 790.46609500
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hello, I recently attempted to use the self-cleaning mode and as the door lock attempted to engage, I heard a pop and saw a flash of light from under the control panel. It flashed F93 and everything was locked out. After a power outage, the LED flashes "door locked" under the time and "LOC" to the right of the time. The clock continues to keep time but I can't set it and it doesn't allow me to use any of the other buttons on the keypad. When I push stop/clear a F11 error code comes up after about 30 seconds. I am able to utilize the cooktop. Do you know if I could buy a service repair manual for this model? I would really like to be able to fix this myself if at all possible. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Default

here is what I've found from another forum. Maybe wrong info:
Well C970 shows this is made by Kelvinator, part of Electrolux (Frigidaire)..here is what I found but do not know if these will hold true for units made for Canada..

F10
F11

Runaway Temperature.
Shorted Keypad.
Bad Micro Identi
fi cation.
Bad EEPROM Identifi cation/Checksum error.
Display tail missing/not connected
1. (F10 only) Check RTD Sensor Probe & replace if necessary.
If oven is overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to
overheat when the power is reapplied, replace EOC. Severe
overheating may require the entire oven to be replaced should
damage be extensive.
2. (F11, 12 & 13) Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply
power. If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC.
3. (F14 only) Re-seat the P12 ribbon connector tail. If fault returns

replace EOC (fi rst action); Touch Panel (second action)
