The bake element "snapped" when my was was using the self-cleaning. Is this fairly easy to replace? Any advice or things to avoid?

It is fairly easy to replace. Just make sure you don't loose the wires when you unscrew them from the element. There should be two screws holding the element to the back.

So replacing was easy enough. But neither the baking element nor broil element are heating up. Sorry, didn't test broiler before replacing.

Is there a fuse or circuit breaker somewhere I need to replace/reset?

Here is a standard list of what to check. I don't have instructions on how to check each.
* Check timer and clock settings
* Reseat the element
* Test the element
* Test the element connectors
* Test the oven temperature control
* Test the oven selector control
