I set the oven to 350 to preheat. It takes 1 1/2 hrs to reach 250 and never goes any higher. I open the door and it is heating up but not to 350. Could this be the heating element going out or is it in the computer control panel?

Check to see if you are getting 240 volt to the bake and broil element.

If there is no power to the oven it could be the control.

If you are getting power to the elements check the elements for continuity.

My stove is doing the same thing as the one discribed above. Does anyone know what the final outcome was on this one? What part was bad. ROGER

SO, are you sure the bake and broil are working. A broil working and not the bake (beacuse it's burnt out creates the very issue you have. CONFIRM bake by turning to 350, wait a minute and touch the element. If you take your time getting to touch it, yup you will get burnt if it's working.
