Electric oven won't heat to desired temp. When setting at 350, it will only go as high as 150 - slowly. Then I set it at 550 and it might go a few degrees higher. Broiler works but takes a while to turn red-hot. I have then immediately switched back to "bake" and temp reached the desired 350. Tried it today but didn't work. I think it's finished doing that. Now it just heats to about 150 - if that.

It sounds like your bake element may be bad or the control.
