How do I remove the bottom faulty oven element.

I think it is ICE86301 the type ie 30S

It looks like there are 2 screws at the back of the oven holding the element in place, if I remove the screws, will it just pull out?

Yes.

The two screws will remove the element.

Make sure you unplug your range before doing this.
