I found the part on PartsSelect (wasn't available on other on-line sites). Cost is $124. I'm going to give it a try.

I wonder if I could test whether the reastat is bad by doing a temporary bypass and seeing if the oven heats up...

It is a 2 wire reastat, jump it out. If it works you got it. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
