Approx. 12 years old, my oven also is extremely slow to heat, if it heats at all. Broiler works fine. Panel works. Convec. fan works. Just can't get oven to heat... is this a thermometer issue as was asked earlier? Or possibly the element itself, or the panel?

I already provided the model number in full (straight from the interior tag). Jenn-Air Model #W30400 "Expressions" Convection Oven. Do you want the serial number?

There should be a letter at the end of your model number to make it complete.

With out this letter you will not get a complete breakdown of your oven.

It could be the element is burnt out or it could be a wire burnt off or it could be a problem with the control.
