Default E6 F2 error code
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: RBD3005PDQ12
Age: 1 - 4 years

I keep getting a E6 F2 error code on my oven. Does anyone know what part I need to replace to correct this problem? Also, there are several power failures in the area. Could the power failures cause the part to go bad?

Turn the power to the range off.

Open the control panel and check the wiring connection between the keypad and the control.

Turn the power back on to the range.

Press the cancel button and if the error returns you will have to replace the touch pad.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't located it in our database.

Some controls have the keypad and control as one unit.
