After self-cleaning, our door lock won't release and open. It's making a clicking sound too. We recently had GE replace the broken front glass panel, and may have their expensive repair people come out again, since I think they messed it up. Any other suggestions? I tried running the cleaning cycle again, and that didn't work.

It could be that the door is not lined up.

Did you let the oven cool completely before trying to open the door?

Can you please check your model number as there seams to be a problem with the last four digits.
