Age: More than 10 years
i have a door that is cracked inside the two pieces of glass, i dont know how it happened but is there any way to replace that? and how did it happen.

The glass can be replaced.

It is hard to say how it happened.

Can you please verify your model number?

It is on a tag with the serial number on the frame of the range where the door closes.
