Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: SVE47100
Age: 5 - 10 years
The digital display went blank last night.Nothing happens when I push any button? The burners work.The oven light comes on.The downdraft vent fan stays on.Won't shut off? I have to unplug the range.The top fan works.Help please.

Make sure you have no blown thermal fuzes and power to the ERC module in the control panel. If everything ok, replace the ERC.

What is the ERC? Where is it? Also were are the thermal fuses? Thanks
