I'm at a friend's home and it seems that the digital clock doesn't work. I'd think that we need this to work if we want to use the self cleaning mode.

Where do we start in an attempt to diagnose this problem?

What is the problem with the clock is there nothing in the display?

Will it not respond to programing?

Have you check the wiring to the clock?
