Unhappy Counter top range, the larger burner stays on High
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: CP220B-C
Age: More than 10 years
The large burner stays on high even when turn down to 1. The other burner on the same unit does change when turned to a different temp.

You have a shorted control for that burner. Just disconnect wires to it till the new one comes in.
