Thumbs down Cook Top Replacement Thermador
Brand: Other
Age: More than 10 years

I have a 36" electric four burner plus electric grill with down draft vent at rear. The burners are solid metal tops. Two burners have metal 'eye' in center that is supposed to maintain a temperature. Bad burner now only controls on or off. I think I need to replace it or its control switch. I can't find the model number. How do I diagnose and order replacement part(s).

Unit has little red plastic on indicator eyes near switches. With time several of these have cracked out and I cannot find replacements.

Some time ago I had the model number and found no replacements for the little red plastic indictor eyss.

I would like to fix both problems

The model number should be on the cook top along the side or on the bottom.

If you still have the owners manual it may be on it.

Here is a number for Thermador 1-800-656-9226.
