Lightbulb Converting range
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: YKERC507HW4
Age: 5 - 10 years

Did anybody try to convert range (Kitchenaid) into one that uses old style thermostat.
After searching site I concluded that I have to change Key Pad for my range (Canadian model), because I have Code F2E0. Everything but oven works.
I was thinking to get old thermostat and rewire the back. Reason, new Key Pad is around $400-500. I just don't wont to spend that amount for stove. I didn't look at the back yet. Just wanted to know if it is possible to do.
Any info......
Thanks

You likely could hook up the old style thermostat but there is no place to mount it.
