I would like to convert my cooktop cartridge from a Solid Element to aRadiant Glass top cartridge. I ordered a part no. A121B for my Jenn Air Range. I did not realize that the part no. was just for the surface. First, is my request reasonable. Secondly, how do I order the rest of the cartridge without having to return the glass top. Since my present cartridge is showing some signs of wear on the chrome ring, I really need to know pretty soon. Thanks for your help.

The conversion is not possible, best bet buy the whole cratrige return wrong part, msrp+ 250- 300 dollars.

Yes the conversion is possible.

The number that you entered, A121B, is the model number of the cartridge which give a breakdown of the cartridge.

There is a different number to buy the cartridge assemble.
