The control Panel went bad, purchased part WB27K5140, new panel. it had only 5 connections, old one had 6, everything works except cannot lock door for self clean, spade for black wire to power door lock is missing on new part, need help on where to hook this black wire, which was on COM spade, on original panel.

I've had similar problem with another oven.. I needed a piggy back wire... COM usually means a hot wire... so any hot wire should work (any out of 4 power supply - there is one green one, 1 white, 1 red and 1 black).. so most likely black or red.. but hard to say without a wiring diagram

I agree the black wire will be hot to feed the solinoid to lock the door, but the COM spade is missing, can't figure how to jumper it? I have: yellow-bake wire: violet-broil wire: black-clean wire: white-cook time: black/white-stop time and left over black wire:COM with no spade to connect to. Wiring diagram says left over black wire, powers door lock solinoid; I wonder if I should piggy back it to black- clean wire?
