Clock won't display and oven won't work

This oven is less than three years old.

The other day while baking, the oven stopped working, and the clock won't display. I've tried pressing different combinations of buttons (as directed in troubleshooting guides) for 5 seconds, but nothing works. The range works and the oven light even comes on, but I get no response from any of the bottons on or near the clock.

My guess is that it is the clock, is there a way to be sure it is not something else?

Could there be any connection to running the self cleaning feature a week prior?
