I was preheating the oven and was working properly, then turned around and the clock was out. The oven controls stopped working as well, although the oven light and stove top still work fine. I put the clean oven lock on to see if the oven would still heat and it would. How will I know if it is the clock or the relay board, or both?

Check the wiring to the clock.

If the clock went blank it has lost power.

I don't have a wiring diagram for your oven but most of the time the same relays are used for the clean circuit and the bake and broil.
