Unhappy Clock & Oven Control Assy. Inop
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: CWE5800ACE
Age: 1 - 4 years

Recently had a power outage, when restored, the oven clock and control assy did not work anymore. It is a dual oven and the lower oven (uses separate dial thermostat) and all lights still work. Does the oven clock and control assy. have a safety fuse or circuit? Or am I just stuck with having to buy a new control assy.? Or might their be something else wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you need the clock. You can purchase it at Parts Select if you don't have a part house near you. If you need me to walk you through the repair, I could be reached at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Will purchase the clock and then head to your website. Thanks so much for your help and information. I have checked and found them things from $126 to $172. They are proud of them...
