The temperature knob on my oven appears to be stuck.

In order to use normally, you have to push the knob in, it should then pop out and then you turn to the temperature you want.

However, currently the knob will not come back out. It was pushed in whilst at particular temperature and is now stuck, so I can only use the oven at that temperature.

Does anyone know if its easy enough to fix on my own?

Because your oven is a European model I don't have a breakdown of it.

Something may be jamming it so it can not pop back out.

Turn the power off to the oven and remove the control panel and you may find the cause.
