Cool Cancel/Off Function Button inoperative
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: SVE47600W
Age: 5 - 10 years
Replaced digital electronic clock control panel last 06/2006 because enite display did not illuminate, went blank. Replaced with part no 71001799.

All functions seemed to operate ok except oven and broiler will not shut off after set time. Also, the cancel/off button on the touch pad does not respond when pressed. After oven use, need to disconnect electrical power in order to turn oven off.

Could not find similar problem during forum search.

Your assistance is requested.
