Default Burners and oven heat up only slightly
Brand: Frigidaire
Age: More than 10 years

Hi - I'm not sure what model number my Frigidaire electric range is, but I'm hoping someone might have an idea of what the problem could be anyway. All 4 stovetop burners and the oven aren't working properly. They all have heat, but very little. All 4 burners get warm, but barely - they're just warm to the touch even when cranked to high. I had the oven set to bake at 450 degrees, but after 45 min, the oven temp was only 200 degrees. Also, the red indicator lights that are normally on when I turn the burners or oven on aren't working at all. And another wierd thing - it has a non-digital clock that I thought wasn't working at all either, but I found that it does work as long as I have the oven or stovetop burners turned on. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you so much for your help!

Check your fuse or breakers in your house panel.

If they are good make sure that you have 240 volts at the wall outlet.

You can find your model number on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.
