Exclamation Burners not working--oven is
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 911.7147811
Age: More than 10 years

I know this is an old stove, like me probably, but after stove was unplugged then plugged back in, top burners are not working. There is no gas getting to burners. Possible ignitor problem or a lock out? I am willing to listen to anyone's advice at this point....thanks

What was the reason for unplugging the range?

Does the oven still work?

Check the wiring in the range and the outlet that the range is plugged into.

Here is a link to the parts of your range model 911.7147811.

You Need To Reset The Controls-on The Keypad. Some Manufacteres Use This Safety Device So When Electricity Is Not To Range Then The Gas Will Turn Off. Read Manual
