Model Number: RST308UK
Age: More than 10 years
I believe the left hinge and/or spring on the oven door has broken.
What must I disassemble to very the problem?
Can someone help?

To access the hinge you will have to remove the side panel.

Here is a link to your range model RST308UK.

Here is the left hinge assemble.
