Default Broken Element Connector
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JKP36G0D2BG
Age: More than 10 years

GE double wall oven.

When replacing upper element, of upper oven, one of the small metal connector with wire that you screw the element onto broke off where the wire connects. I can't see how to reconnect the part. Any ideas?

Can you order this part and crimp a new connector on the wire? I am having trouble getting model number to be recognized and don't see a similar looking part when I search on-line.

Thanks for any help.

Dave

The terminals can be purchase at an automotive or hardware store.

Take your old terminal with you so you get the right size.

You will have to buy or borrow a crimping tool.
