Broiler won't turn off in bottom oven? Had a tech come out and tell us it was the relay board. We replaced that and it is still not turning off. We have to cut the oven off at braker box.

This product has 2 boards in the rear, and a clock up front that controls the whole product. I have gotten burned on this product before. I put in the relay board, the one that if you look at it good, it will say bake, broil, and other stuff on it. It actually turned out to be the clock. That is where you press bake or broil.
