Default Bake element not working
Brand: White-Westinghouse
Model Number: ECA-74
Age: More than 10 years

The indicator light on the oven control knob is burned out--could that cause the bake element not to work? The broiler element works. The light looks like a little flashlight bulb. Would that be an 120-volt bulb or something lower and where could I find a relplacement? Is it specific to the brand or is it something I can find more commonly?

Thank you.

Default

The indicator will not effect the operation of the bake element.

The indicator light is actually a neon bulb and the are specific to the brand.

Can you please check your model number?

It should be on a tag with the serial number.
