I changed the bake element the other day( as the old one burnt up) and now the bake or broil elements will not heat up. The lights come on and I can hear the relays click , but thats it.

Check the fuses in your house panel.

Is this stove an electronic model?

Can you verify your model number as I can't locate it on our database?

yes it is an electronic one . The cook top works fine it's just the bake and broil

I do not have a breakdown of your model because it is a Canadian make.

If you call 1-800-4my-home, this is a Canadian number for Sears, you my be able to talk to what they use to call a technical adviser.

Thanks for your reply, no there are no error codes that's what is puzzling me as I have done some reading to try and figure this out . So I will give them a call
