The control panel of my Whirlpool Oven seems dead suddenly. It displays PF and time, but there is not response to my input anymore. the oven light functions when the door is open. Do I have to replace the control panel and where to get it in Vancouver? Any help or informations will be highly appreciated!!

I have had the same model for about a year and a half with the same problem. I had a serviceman come out to determine that the control board (part no. 9760013) required replacement. This was done about a month ago and since then an error code (E1-F2) has appeared intermittently where the oven completely shuts down. The serviceman returned to tell me that a control panel part (W10122295) needs to be replaced and that it is possible that the touch pad may also need to be replaced. I then contacted Whirlpool who provided no assistance since they stated it is beyond the one year warranty for such components. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Good luck.
