On the Amana AER5722BAQ range, the digital clock and oven have gone dead. The cooktop elements still work fine, so power is good.

Your parts list shows a replacement clock, which is near where the digital oven controls are. Is this the part that controls the oven, or is there a seperate control board for that? Is there a way to narrow down where the trouble might be?

Try pressing and holding the cancel and cook & hold pads for 3 to 5 seconds.

This may bring your oven back.

Were there any fault code on the clock?

No fault or error codes. It just went dark - like the power was turned off, except that the stovetop burners still work fine. I will try the reset thing next time I am out there.
