Default Alarm will not stop!
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: 27
Age: More than 10 years

I just finished cooking chicken, went to push cancel to turn off oven and alarm sounded and keypad went dead. Any ideas how to stop? It is hard wired to the wall and I can only think of the electrical swith box!

Any ans all help is appreciated!

The only way to shut it off would be the electrical box if it hard wired.

It sounds like one of the keys on the clock is stuck.

Can you please supply your model number?

The model number can be found on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.
