Brand: General Electric
Model Number: jvm1410
Age: 1 - 4 years

I don't know why this mic. did this but ! while we were cooking on the stove the mic. went off/ no power at all. I checked the fuse box it was all right. I can't get to the fuse in the mic. dont know how to get to it. the mic got hot from underneath from the stove. It has cooled off and it still won't com on. help please.

You will have to take the unit down and see where you are loosing your power.

The fuse in the microwave may have opened.
