Thumbs down Wiring for Control Board
Brand: Other
Model Number: R1851!
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Sharp over-the-rage microwave/convection oven. I removed the control panel in order to replace another part. Now I need to reconnect the panel. I have most of the connections made but have some question regarding the power connections.

There is one bundle of wires. There are two connectors (white and black) and two wire clips (red and purple) The purple wire is joined to the other two connectors so I feel it is the common wire. That would make the red wire the hot wire. Would these two go to the A/C pins? Then the other two connectors go in order they are joined to the pins for the microwave and convection circuits?

Would the red wire go to the copper pin and purple wires go to the brass pin on each connection?

Sorry I do not have the wiring diagram for your microwave.

It should be on the cabinet of the microwave.
