Will a turntable work in a Kenmore microwave ??

We got a used Sears Best Kenmore microwave about a year ago. It doesn't have a turntable in it. How or what do I need to do to have a turntable? Will it take a special type turntable?

If the microwave did not come with a turntable there is nothing you can do.

How can I tell if it had a turntable or will I need to take it apart to find out?

If it had a turntable you can see part of the mechanism in the bottom floor of the heating area. It goes through the floor to the motor.
A turntable is made that you can wind up and when a dish is placed on it it will turn.
